We started NS Media because we saw too many small businesses getting ripped off by big agencies that promised the world and delivered nothing.
Who you are working with
NS Media is Brandon Smith, an enterprise software engineer with 10+ years of experience building and operating production systems, now doing that work for small businesses instead of large ones.
That background is why the software side is not a side line. We build and run our own products, including Beside Care, an elder-care monitoring platform, and the measurement platform every client report on this site comes out of.
We are based in Central Ohio and we serve clients coast to coast. Our goal is not to sell you the biggest package, it is to give you something you feel good about using and paying for.
How we work
No ad change goes live without your approval
The one place we hold a write key to something of yours is your Google Ads account, and every change we propose there is drafted and shown to you before it goes live. Everywhere else we advise and you act.
We measure before we change anything
There is always a baseline to compare against, because an improvement you cannot demonstrate is indistinguishable from a season.
We say when we do not know
"Not measured" and "measured at zero" are different answers, and you will always be told which one you are looking at. If something we tried did not work, it goes in the report.
No long-term contracts
Everything is month to month. If it ever stops working for you, we hand over the keys to your environment and wish you well.
