More than just keywords
Google Business Profile Optimization
We claim, verify, and fully optimize your profile to ensure you show up in the "Map Pack".
Local Map-Pack Visibility Tracking
We map exactly where you show up in the Google Maps pack across every town you serve — so you can see, and close, the gaps where your customers actually are.
On-Page Optimization
We structure your website's content to target the specific neighborhoods and cities you serve.
How it is measured
Position in the map results, at every checkpoint, per service. The headline number is coverage: how many of the checked places show you at all.
Coverage is not the average position where you happen to appear, and the two move in opposite directions when things go wrong. Coverage is the honest one, so it is the one we lead your report with.
We do not quote industry statistics at you. Your own grid is the number that matters, and you can check it yourself.
What you get
Your business ranks differently depending on where the person searching is standing. Checking your rank once, from your own front door, tells you almost nothing about the customer eight miles away. Everything below follows from taking that seriously.
- Geo-grid rank tracking across your service area — a grid of checkpoints, each asking Google the same question from a different place, at a density matched to your geography.
- A map of where you appear and where you do not — per service, so you see the edge of your reach instead of one average position. Coverage is the headline number because coverage and average position move in opposite directions when things go wrong.
- Google Business Profile optimization, done by hand in your profile — categories, services, service area, hours, attributes, photos, and the description.
- Review monitoring — volume and rating tracked over time against the competitors who share your map results.
- Local citation and listing checks — so your name, address, and phone number match everywhere Google looks. Where they do not, we tell you which ones are wrong and fix them by hand.
- Location and service page structure — so there is a page for Google to rank for each thing you do in each place you do it.
- Service pages, one per service — written for the way people actually search rather than the way you file your invoices.
- Location pages where they are genuinely warranted — and not spun out into dozens of near-identical pages, which Google treats as exactly what it is.
- On-page optimization — titles, descriptions, headings, and internal links.
- Topic and content gap work — driven by the competitor analysis rather than by a list of topics somebody guessed at.
- Seasonal planning — because most service businesses have a demand curve, and the content should land before the season rather than during it.
- The competitors who genuinely share your search results — identified from your own rankings rather than from a list you gave us or a guess about who is down the road.
- Keyword gap analysis — the searches they rank for and you do not, sorted by what they are worth.
- Content gap analysis — the topics and pages they have that you are missing.
- Map pack competitor tracking — who else holds the three local spots, and where their reach is stronger than yours.
How you find out whether it worked
Every action we take is logged with the date, what we expected it to change, and the measurement we will check it against. Once enough time has passed, we check it and tell you the answer, whichever way it went.
The full reporting treatment, including the monthly and quarterly cadence, lives on analytics and ad management.
Two things local SEO sits on top of
Neither is locally delivered, so both have their own page rather than a bullet here.
Technical SEO & link profile
Crawl and indexation, Core Web Vitals on real Chrome user data, structured data, internal linking, and a full backlink audit.
Technical SEO & links →AI search visibility
Whether Google's AI answer names you, which sources it cites instead, and the content and schema work that makes you citeable.
